Section 46
<br> which can be operated by the Government of Nepal
The Government of Nepal shall establish and operate a University of Medical Education to teach medical education (2) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, the Government of Nepal shall operate at least one public medical college within five years of the commencement of this Act in provinces where there is no public medical college or institution.
